Managed hosting is us helping you with your emails, your website statistics, your database backups and giving you access to general support.
This is the equivalent of 2 hours maintenance a month, and depending on the type of website and feature you have, may include:
- monthly account backups
- setting up new email accounts
- advising of any updates available to your website
- adding auto-responders and forwarders for your email accounts
- monthly web statistic information
- configuring mail box spam setup
- sending e-newsletters
- updating news, ads or galleries.
